- Assist & create timeline and decoration list
- One phone meeting around two months prior to the wedding day (maximum 2 hours)
- One phone/zoom meeting around one month prior to the wedding day to finalize details (maximum 2 hours)
- Distribute final timeline to all vendors one week prior to the wedding day
- One-hour ceremony rehearsal
- Placement as well as tearing down/packing up of all personal items for the ceremony and reception
- Work with all vendors to ensure proper order of duties on the wedding day
- One head coordinator on the wedding day for up to 10 hours (any additional hours will be $150/hr)
- All items under Month-of Coordination Package
- Pick up any items on the rehearsal day so that the coordinators can bring on the wedding day (as long as it fits in the trunk or back seat of a sedan)
- Design consultation such as theme, color and venue decoration
- Vendor referral based on couples’ budget and style
- Budget analysis
- Up to three vendor visits (in-person and/or phone)
- Up to three venue tours (if venue is not decided yet)
- Monthly updates and reviews
- Arrange relevant appointments
- Create to-do list for the couple and follow up on the items
- Create vendor information list with notes and keep track of vendor meetings
- Review vendor contracts
- Unlimited phone and email support
