- Complimentary one-hour consultation to understand your vision and requirements
- Provide wedding worksheet with timeline, décor list, to-do list, etc at sign of the contract
- One phone/zoom meeting around two weeks prior to the wedding day to understand your details (maximum 2 hours)
- Distribute final timeline to all vendors one week prior to the wedding day
- Placement as well as tearing down/packing up of all personal items for the ceremony and reception on the wedding day
- Work with all vendors to ensure proper order of duties on the wedding day
- One head coordinator on the wedding day for up to 10 hours (any additional hours will be $100/hr)
- Complimentary preferred vendor list
- Unlimited email support 2 weeks before the wedding
- Wedding rehearsal on the day of the wedding (if time permits)
Add-Ons
- $150 for one-hour ceremony rehearsal not on wedding day
- $150/hr for in-person detail meeting
- $50/hr for additional phone/zoom detail meeting
- $150 for unlimited email support from the sign of contract with Eventive Moments
- $150+ for one venue tour/site visit (2 hours maximum)
- $425 for assistant coordinator for up to 10 hours on the wedding day (any additional hours will be $50/hr)
